“PELICAN” GREEN TOURIST COMPLEX in area about 1.5 hectares is located directly on the Danube bank in the outskirts of Vilkovo town. It is including: comfortable tourist cottage-houses camping “Pelican-City” with 6 separate cottages for 24-36 persons. Сomfortable guest house with 14 sleeping places. Local cook-house, various reed pavilions and arbores for picnic and rest area near the water, shashlik (kebab) pavilion. Pond with the special places for fishing and rest area near the water, comfortable rest sites with the benches and beach chaise-longues, real Russian bath-house, trade exhibition of the local honeys. Havens for the boats and vessels, private parking place, equipped toilets. Certificated berth with the depths near the mooring wall till the 2.5 meters, separate berthing of small size fleet and reception. A wide variety of tourist and attendant services for groups and individuals are for rent in the green tourist base.
ISLAND OLD BELIEVER ESTATE-MUSEUM “KVAKENBURG” novelty of 2013, is located in the Danube Delta on the nearby Ochakovskiy Island down the Ankudinovo Branch. Only here you can visit restored Old Believers' (“lipovan”) house in which recreated a traditional interior. There are stands, describing the history of the delta, the tradition of the Old Believers, wine and local beekeeping activities, information about Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. The museum also includes open-air exposure (boat workshop, fishing gear, delta winemaking and beekeeping), picturesque old garden, wooden bridges, reed picnic-pavilions, local cook-house, well-equipped comfortable restarea near the waterfront with the garden benches and beach chaise-longues, berth, etc. It is specialize on the service for week-end group’s tours.
“PELICAN-CITY” COTTAGE-HOUSES TOURIST CAMPING is located directly on the Danube riverside in the well detached site of the “Pelican” green tourist base. It consists of 6 comfortable separate double cottage-houses. All the 12 cottage houses are well-furnished 3-rooms apartments for 2 or 3 persons. Each of cottage has own green rest area near the water front. The cottage consist from bedroom, drawing room, sanitary arrangements (shower cabin, lavatory pan, wash-stand etc) and equipped antimosquito verandah. There are expandable double bed, one-man bed, two bedside-tables, chair-bed, handy fitted cupboard, clothes rack, journal table with the padded stools, table with the chairs on the verandah, air-conditioner “winter-summer”, refrigerator, electric kettle, a flatscreen TV, free WiFi, antimosquito nets on the windows. In the “Pelican” green tourist base there is a wide range of tourist and attendant services available, including the food delivery to the cottages. The cost of accommodation: 400 UAH in workdays and 500 UAH on weekend (2-3 persons).
“PELICAN” GUEST HOUSE is located in the “Pelican” green tourist base directly on the Danube riverside. It consists of 6 double and 2 single rooms (every room have a washing stand with the cold water), two spacious halls with the view on the Danube River, roomy balcony with the riverview, shower and toilet rooms (hot and cold water). The guest house is equipped with the modern autonomous electric heating with the possibility of temperature regulation. It has a dinner hall with refrigerator and preparation tea and coffee facilities (lower hall), rest hall with TV (upper hall), free WiFi. In the “Pelican” green tourist base there is a wide range of tourist and attendant services available, including the food delivery in the guest house. The cost of accommodation: from 105 UAH per person in the double room and 130 UAH per person in the single room.
LOCAL COOK-HOUSE ON THE “PELICAN” GREEN TOURIST BASE is propose a wide range of traditional and local dishes (mainly fish). Local specialties, and also the local wine and honey, local green phytotea from the antique samovar, different drinks, etc. Serving is possible in whole tourist base “Pelican”. A wide variety of a tourist and attendant services are for rent in the “Pelican” tourist base.
“LISKY” RECREATION AND SPORT (AMATEURISH) FISHING TOURIST BASE an area about 24 hectares is located directly on the Danube bank (32-34 kilometer of the river - between the settlements of Vilkovo and Kiliya). It designed for various kinds of rest near the water and sport (amateurish) fishing. It have a well-groomed riverbank, planted by trees both on the Danube River, and on the own big inner water reservoir (18 ha). A guest house, boat station and other infrastructure has builded on this tourist base.
BERTHS (TWO) ON THE RIVER (MARINE) PASSENGER TERMINAL OF VILKOVO with the depths near the mooring wall till 3 meters. The berths are certificated and could receive vessels till the length of 22 meters. It is possible to anchorage and power supply for the vessels. The shore infrastructure of the berth consists of a small new building with comfortable spacious ground. The sailing of the vessels and legalization of appropriate frontier and custom documents during the simplified crossing of the Ukrainian-Romanian border (the point of the simplified passage of the border Ukrainian Vilkovo – Romanian Periprava) is carried out from this berth. On the base of the of berth’s infrastructure is possible (after the definite reconstruction) the creation of the permanent passenger point for crossing of the Ukrainian-Romanian border: Vilkovo (Ukraine) – Periprava (Romania).

BERTHING-BASE OF SMALL SIZE FLEET IN THE VILKOVO TOWN is located in the main Vilkovo’s canal – Belgorodsky. All the services and constructions of the base are certificated. It is the only one in the Vilkovo official berthing-base for a small size fleet with the possibility of the registration, homing, anchorage and legalization of the leaving vessels to the sailing, including the frontier zone.
BERTHING BOAT-YARD FOR ANCHORAGE OF SMALL SIZE FLEET is located on the “Pelican” green tourist base. It is designed for the keeping custody of the vessels of the clients with the possibility of approaches and standing of the motor vehicle directly near the vessel. It is equipped with the comfortable embarkation places for passengers. It is possible the minor repair and necessary maintenance of vessels. On the tourist base, where it located, the wide variety of a tourist and attendant services are rendering.
VESSEL “PELICAN” WITH THE CAPACITY OF 60 PASSENGERS have the roomy passenger saloon under the rain- and sun-protective tent with the soft glass windows (with possibility of urgently dismantle). The salon is decorated by natural oak wood, equipped with the comfortable sitting places. There is moderate upper sight deck and board toilet.
VESSEL “MRIYA” WITH THE CAPACITY OF 18 PASSENGERS have the roomy passenger saloon with the tables under the rain- and sun-protective tent with the soft glass windows (with possibility of urgently dismantle). It is possible the carrying different kinds of the picnic-banquets, business meetings on the water.
TOURIST MOTOR-BOATS (7) WITH THE CAPACITY OF 8-30 PASSENGERS with the comfortable passenger saloons under the rain- and sun-protective tents.

TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE IN THE DELTA BEACH CAMPING AREA (Primorskoye village) is operating during summer season. It includes information center, souvenir kiosk, drugstore, shop, parking place, etc.
