Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre Tour
The Opera and Ballet Theatre can be called the “patriarch” among a great number of its cultural institutions. The theatre is interesting not only for its architecture, but also for its rich creative biography . Here Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Rachmaninov and others used to play their works. The artists whose names glorified the national arts also used to perform here. Great Fyodor Chaliapin , Solomiya Krushelnitskaya, Antonina Nezhdanova Leonid Sobinov used to sign on its stage, and the world famous ballerina - Anna Pavlova used to dance here. The repertoire of the theatre includes "Giselle", "Sleeping Beauty", "Don Quixote", "Masquerade", "La Traviata ", "La Boheme ", “The Little Humpbacked Horse”, "Iolanta" and others.
